How long does shipping take?
After your order is placed, it is processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow 6–12 business days after processing for your order to arrive. Please note that some products in high demand will need an additional production time of 5-10 days. We value your patience and understanding!
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
We process orders fast, so please request changes right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address or cancel it. Once it ships, changes aren’t possible.
Do you ship on holidays or weekends?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend or holiday orders will be handled the next business day.
